Last year DragonFire broadened its seat range to include the XL seats for riders with 40+ inch waist sizes. Now the company has announced another DragonFire first: Fully adjustable aftermarket seats for the RZR XP 1000. Both DragonFire’s original GT and new XL series of HighBack seats upgrade the factory XP 1000 seats without compromising the OEM slider/adjustment capabilities. In fact, DragonFire’s HighBack GT and XL seats actually improve the function of the factory adjustment mechanism. These seats keep the adjustment lever tucked up out of the way compared to the highly vulnerable stock location.
In addition to retaining the adjustability of the stock seat, DragonFire did some serious design work on the XL version. The company shaved the bolsters back to accommodate larger waistlines without compromising on the secure feeling you get when strapped in for those who need a little extra room in the seat.
Another benefit of the DragonFire seats is the fact that the lowered design also makes for a little more legroom for taller types, even before you factor-in the adjustability.
DragonFire’s HighBack racing seats were originally designed to keep you comfortable and securely in place so that you can focus on driving rather than sliding around. The deep bucket design makes it so that you sit ‘in’ your seat rather than ‘on’ it. This gives you more control over your car since you will no longer have to worry about bracing yourself in turns or rough terrain.
