BDL’s new, model specific, Open Belt Drive system is designed for use exclusively on 2007-2009 Softail machines. The latest conversion kit incorporates a 52-tooth front pulley and 69-tooth rear pulley. The custom designed 142-tooth BDL belt is a full 69 mm (2.72”) wide for a perfect combination of performance, strength, reliability and durability.

The kit includes BDL’s Ball Bearing Lock Up Clutch assembly for smooth, positive engagement and light lever pull.
