Blud Lubricants introduced three new 100% synthetic lubricants designed for the powersports market called HAWGBLUD, BIKERBLUD and DIRTBLUD at AIMExpo last week.
HAWGBLUD is an ultra-performance, severe duty 100% synthetic oil created for V-Twin motorcycles that can be used in the engine crankcase, primary chaincase and transmission. The product is a PAO/Ester blend and is engineered specifically for use in Harley-Davidson V-Twin motorcycles but can be used in any V-Twin motorcycle requiring 20W50 engine oil. The oil is unique in that its base stock and BLUDLINE additive formulation creates a robust oil or the serious V-Twin owner, according to the company.
BIKERBLUD is an extreme-duty 100% synthetic engine oil designed and engineered for Euro/Japanese 4-stroke motorcycles (BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki). The oil is formulated for use in the engine crankcase, the transmission and the wet-clutch and utilizes the BLUDLINE additive system. BIKERBLUD is priced competitively and comes in 10W50, 20W50 and 10W40 viscosities. BIKERBLUD is also suitable for the American made V-Twin engines.
DIRTBLUD is an extreme-duty 100% synthetic engine oil designed for 4 stroke UTV/ATV engines, transmissions and wet-clutches (Artic Cat, Can Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris RZR and many others). DIRTBLUD comes in a 10W50 viscosity and is enhanced with the BLUDLINE additive system.
In addition to their advanced technology formulations, the oils have a unique red color that will give the user a visual indicator as to the approximate remaining oil life (when an engine oil analysis isn’t readily available).
