PowerSport Institute (PSI) and Matco Tools have partnered to launch the Student of the Year program for graduating students of PSI. The selected student will receive a Matco Master Kit valued at $15,000.
In order to win, each student will earn one entry for achieving each of the following:
- A full month of perfect attendance
- A nomination for Student of the Month
- A placement on Honor Roll
At the end of the year, 10 finalists will be chosen at random from the above entries received throughout the year. Those finalists must be in good standing with PSI and will be required to write an essay explaining how their training and tools will impact their career in the industry.
The Student of the Year will be chosen in January 2014 based on his or her grade and attendance record and submitted essay.
