Cycra Racing’s New Patented Powerflow Shrouds for KTM are now available for the everyday rider and weekend warrior. Specifically developed with Grant Langston for the Langston KTM Racing Team, they are race-tested for winning results. Cycra’s Powerflow Shrouds were redesigned to be half inch narrower than stock with an extended edge that helps reduce boot snagging. The front edge is also thicker and rounder than stock to help reduce stress and cracking. But the secret lays in Powerflow Scoops that forces air around the radiators instead of through them. The Powerflow Scoops shrink from 5 inches tall to 1-1/2 inches tall at its exit point. This accelerates the air as it goes through the narrowing venturi of the plastic scoop. Because the air going by the radiator is part of the air stream entering the radiator vanes the total airflow moves faster, thus pumping heat from under the fuel tank and cylinder head reducing power-robbing temperatures.
