Find It Now GPS Security (FIN) has announced the recovery of a 2023 Kawasaki KLX 230R off-road motorcycle. When the FIN customer purchased his motorcycle at Broward Motorsports Hollywood in Davie, Florida, he had a Find It Now GPS security device installed. Early in the morning of April 3, 2024, the Kawasaki owner called the FIN theft recovery team to report his motorcycle stolen and requested assistance with recovering it.

A FIN recovery expert worked directly with the Broward County Sheriff’s office, leveraging data provided from the onboard FIN GPS security device to include movement, speed, heading and other critical information. After sitting for several hours in what appeared to the be the interior of a residential property, the motorcycle started moving. A FIN recovery expert provided real-time updates while on the phone with the responding deputy as the thief drove the motorcycle up and down the street. Shortly after receiving location information, the responding deputy got a visual on the stolen motorcycle and immediately made contact.

With a great installation of the FIN GPS security device by Broward Motorsports and the quick action of the Broward County Sheriff’s department, the FIN customer was able to safely recover his property with no damage. The investigation is ongoing.
