MotoDoffo Wines Unveils ‘Gran Bianco’ Wine at Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

The white wine blend pays homage to women riders and features Karlee Cobb on the label artwork.

MotoDoffo Wines officially unveiled its latest wine release, the 2022 MotoDoffo Gran Bianco, at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

MotoDoffo Wines first shared this vibrant white wine blend with visitors to its massive activation at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip this past weekend. The Gran Bianco is an homage to women riders and was inspired by Doffo sisters Samantha and Brigitte and their shared passion for motorcycles and racing.

Female-inspired from start to finish, the Gran Bianco blend of Viognier and Vermentino was specially crafted by Doffo winemaker Nadia Urquidez, whose talents have contributed enormously to Doffo’s reputation as one of the premier wineries in the growing Temecula Valley wine region in Southern California. She describes the wine as “an invigorating rush of fragrant tropical fruits and flowers balanced by tangy citrus.”

The artwork for the wine label was captured by this year’s featured artist, photographer Sara Liberte, and depicts rider Karlee Cobb aboard an Indian Scout in the South Dakota countryside. Cobb is a member of the Klock Werks Kustom Cycles team based in Mitchell, South Dakota, and is the youngest racer ever to set a record on the Bonneville Salt Flats.

“It has been incredibly inspiring to be here at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and get to interact with and ride alongside so many amazing women,” shared Samantha Doffo. “It has been very special to share a wine featuring an image of a powerful woman taken by a talented female photographer, and we’ve gotten a lot of great feedback from people at the rally.”

The 2022 MotoDoffo Gran Bianco is available for purchase directly from the winery in Temecula, California, and is available online for shipping to most U.S. states. Visit www.motodoffo.com for more on MotoDoffo Wines, lifestyle apparel, motorcycle collection and visitation information.
