Hennessy Industries, Inc., a full-line wheel-service equipment manufacturer, has added two models to its BaseLine by COATS tire changer family: the BL200MC and the BL400MC with Robo Arm. Both changers, which are being introduced ahead of the upcoming motorcycle season, are capable of tackling motorcycle tires and traditional automotive wheel servicing applications.

COATS has manufactured tire changers specifically for motorcycles for decades, including the popular RC100 and RC200 models; but this marks the first BaseLine products created for the segment. As with all BaseLine by COATS tire changers, the BL200MC and BL400MC are assembled in Hennessy’s La Vergne, Tenn., facility, and can handle the majority of OE and aftermarket fitments.

Both tire changers come with an air-powered side bead loosener and a X-shaped tabletop with motorcycle clamp system, and both are fully capable of tackling traditional automotive wheel service with the removal of the motorcycle clamps and BL block adaptor. The BL400MC also includes a Robo Arm helper device to easily mount stiffer sidewall tires.
