Zero Motorcycles Closes 2025 with Strong Global Growth Across Sales, Dealers and Product Lines

Zero increased it North American dealership count by 40% in 2025.

Zero Motorcycles announced a strong close to 2025, marking another year of global growth and expansion. The company delivered a 89% year-over-year increase in North American retail sales and 17% year-over-year increase in Europe and rest-of-world (RoW) retail sales. The growth is driven by sustained demand across core markets and the introduction of more accessible models with Zero’s new XB and XE.

Retail sales of Zero’s full-size model lineup increased 28% in 2025 compared to 2024. Zero’s X Line played a critical role in the performance as well, accounting for more than 30% of total sales in North America and 16 % of total sales in Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Designed to make electric motorcycles more accessible, the X Line continues to attract new riders and expand Zero Motorcycles’ presence across key global markets.

To support this growth, Zero expanded its global retail footprint in 2025, increasing North American dealership count by 40% and bringing its total network to well over 250 locations worldwide. Increasing the level and quality of customer access to sales and service while reinforcing Zero’s long-term growth strategy is a key driver of the successful expansion.

The company ended the year with especially strong momentum in North America, posting 491% growth in December 2025 retail sales compared to the same period in 2024.

“2025 was a defining year for Zero Motorcycles,” said Pierre-Martin Bos, CEO of Zero Motorcycles. “We expanded our global footprint, grew sales and welcomed more riders into electric mobility than ever before — clear proof that our products and vision continue to resonate worldwide.”

Heading into 2026, Zero Motorcycles remains focused on responsible growth, expanding access to electric two-wheel transportation and leading the evolution of sustainable mobility.
