Dealership Superstar program founders Peak Dealership Performance and Motorcycle & Powersports News joined program sponsor Lazer Star in announcing the 2011 Dealership Superstar at Lazer Star’s booth #37075 in SEMA’s Powersports & Utility Vehicles section Tuesday.
We’re thrilled to announce that Apparel Sales category winner Briana Rauenzahn of The Service Pavilion in New Holland, Pennsylvania, took the top spot earning her a free trip to the SEMA Show as well as a $300 cash prize.
“Brianna Rauenzahn is a Superstar because of how she impacts riders’ lives and experiences every day,” says Robert Miller, owner of The Service Pavilion. “She is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Arai Helmets fitment and sales specialists in the world. Brianna is such a Superstar because of her passion to do what is right for the customer and/or the business. Brianna’s passion, honesty, knowledge, understanding, consideration, efficiency, determination, integrity, patience and her smile are all points to what make her a Dealership Superstar.
The judging panel, which selected the roster of category winners, was incredibly impressed by Miller’s nomination of Rauenzahn, and so were MPN’s readers. Rauenzahn beat out four other category winners via online voting with an impressive 1,577 of the 2,266 votes cast.
“Getting the call that I was the Dealership Superstar was amazing,” says Rauenzahn. “It has been a really exciting and special experience.”
