Arai Helmets has introduced a new series of open-face helmets, the Arai XC series, with an extended coverage of the lower jaw-cheek pad area that offers more facial coverage without sacrificing the open feel of helmets. With the XC, the lower jaw now extends 1 3/16 inches forward. There are two models in the new XC series: standard XC and XC-RAM.
