During our time at the 2023 AIMExpo, we got to see a number of cool motorcycles and powersport vehicles, but this custom-built, turbocharged Polaris RZR Pro R was flat-out awesome. We spoke to Alex Ramirez of Weistec Engineering to get the details of the high-horsepower side-by-side. It’s your Ride of the Week!
The U.S.-built side-by-side is expected to reach Honda Powersports dealers in May in three- and five-seat trims.
During a ceremony on April 24 at South Carolina Manufacturing (SCM), American Honda celebrated the start of production for the recently announced 2026 Pioneer 1000 Deluxe multipurpose side-by-side. Approximately 700 associates were on hand, including leadership from the production plant and the Alpharetta, Georgia, Power Sports & Products business unit headquarters.
To commemorate the milestone, SCM associates gathered to hear remarks from Honda Power Sports & Products leaders. Afterward, a Pioneer 1000 Deluxe was displayed in SCM’s cafeteria, where associates signed a commemorative banner and enjoyed a team meal.
