Yamaha Champions Riding School Launches Yamaha Sportbike Demos Program

Yamaha Champions Riding School (YCRS) will be bringing an all-new Yamaha sportbike demo program to numerous track-day events across the country this year. The demo program will be offered free of charge to track day customers and consumers, and will feature a complete line of Yamaha sportbikes.

MPN-Web-Background1Yamaha Champions Riding School (YCRS) has announced that it will be bringing an all-new Yamaha sportbike demo program to numerous track-day events across the country.

The demo program will be offered free of charge to track day customers and consumers, and will feature a complete line of Yamaha sportbikes, including the all new 2015 YZF-R1, YZF-R6, YZF-R3, FZ-1, FZ-09 and FZ-07. Riders will take paced laps behind instructors.

“Yamaha Champions Sportbike Demos is a project that we’ve been working on for quite some time,” said Nick Ienatsch, YCRS Senior Instructor. “We are humbled to have been chosen by Yamaha to conduct this program, and we believe it is because of our outstanding safety record, exceptional curriculum at YCRS, and passion for Yamaha product.”

The free Yamaha Champions Sportbike Demos program will operate out of New Jersey Motorsports Park from May through September and Inde Motorsports Ranch near Tucson, AZ from October through March but provide demos at many more tracks across the country.  The program already has plans to provide demos at Absolute Cycle Experience, N2 Track Days, TrackDaz, and XCEL Track Days.  YCRS encourages any and all clubs interested in hosting Yamaha demos or offering YCRS coaching to contact Keith Culver for details.

“The Yamaha Champions Sportbike Demo program is a unique opportunity for consumers to test ride several of our newest models on the track, including the R1,” said Retail Sales Promotion Manager, Martin Vivanco. “We are proud of the YCRS team and training techniques and know they will provide a safe and memorable on-track demo experience.”

With plans to provide demos at Arizona Motorsports Park, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, Dominion Raceway, Inde Motorsports Ranch, Laguna Seca, New Jersey Motorsports Park, NC Bike, Pitt-Race, Road Atlanta, Roebling Road, and Virginia International Raceway, the chances are good to find a demo-day near you.
