For over 58 years, Western Power Sports has delivered products to the powersports industry through its regional warehouse network based in Idaho, California, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Texas. WPS is highlighting the accomplishments and roles of four team members who work with several of the company’s featured brands, more than 130,000 products and over 10,000 dealers worldwide.
Aaron T. Abreu, vice president of product segments
Aaron Abreu has a long history of working in the powersports industry spanning from 17 years at Cycle Gear and nearly five years at Tucker Rocky before heading to Western Power Sports. As Vice President of Product Segments, Abreu’s focus will be improving logistics, communications, and time from product development to final placement at dealer’s shops. Abreu has relocated from Texas to Boise, Idaho with his wife and two sons, where they will enjoy plenty of riding and camping in the mountains.
Tyler Steel, Harddrive American V-Twin sales and marketing advisor
Tyler Steel has been working in the powersports industry for over six years with experience as a general manager, regional sales rep and sales manager for several companies including Powersports Store and Hisun USA. Now, Steel will be working in sales for Harddrive and its diverse catalog of V-Twin focused products. His hobbies include riding motorcycles and tackling rugged terrain in rock crawling jeeps.
Bobby Shaffer, inside sales and marketing advisor
Bobby Shaffer has worked full circle from being inside of the warehouse working on freight and picking orders to inside sales where he is placing orders utilizing his customer service skills and friendly demeanor. To assist in helping customers make informed decisions on products, he utilizes his 22 years of MX and Enduro riding experience. He owns two dirt bikes and can be seen tearing up local tracks on weekends.
Robert Beauchamp, WPS/Harddrive sales and marketing advisor
With 30 years of powersports industry experience and a strong background in racing motocross in California, Robert Beauchamp is a perfect fit for the WPS family. In 30 years, Beauchamp has created plenty of business relationships that help him every day while informing dealers on the best new products WPS has to offer. In his spare time, he teaches his young son the joys of hitting the throttle on a mini motocross bike.
