How did you get into riding?  It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I have a lot of friends who ride, so I knew I would have friends to get into it with.

What type of powersports unit did you buy? A 2010 Harley Davidson Softail Fatboy Lo.

What other powersports units have you owned in the past?  None.

Why did you select this model? I don’t care for the speed aspect of riding. I just want to ride, and I love the sound of Harleys. I love the look and how they are more comfortable to ride than sportbikes. I’m also a big fan of black and not so much a fan of a lot of chrome, so that’s why I got the Fatboy Lo in the Black Denim color.

Where did you buy your new toy? Capital City Harley Davidson, Madison, Wis.

How did you choose the dealership? It’s literally five minutes from my home.

What salesperson did you work with? Rich Padilla.

Did you buy parts, accessories or pre-paid maintenance? I bought Cobra pipes  in black, a detachable windshield with mounting system and a three-point bracket system for a sissy bar and luggage rack. I own a sissy bar, not a luggage rack yet.

What do you think of the service department? They are very professional. Every time I have taken my bike in, they have been very helpful and willing to work around my schedule.

Would you recommend the dealership to a friend?
Hell yes I would!
