VP Racing Fuels Partners with Jennifer Janesko for Art Initiative

The Midwest-based artist will annually generate VP-branded paintings in support of the company's retail branding program and other product lines. The paintings will be reproduced as "VP Pit Crew Pin-Up" posters to complement VP's traditional calendar posters, with the first poster in the pin-up series scheduled for release in the coming weeks.

VP Racing Fuels has announced a partnership with Jennifer Janesko, wherein the Midwest-based artist will annually generate VP-branded paintings in support of the company’s retail branding program and other product lines. The paintings will be reproduced as "VP Pit Crew Pin-Up" posters to complement VP’s traditional calendar posters, with the first poster in the pin-up series scheduled for release in the coming weeks.

For years, VP’s annual calendar posters have become a sought-after collector’s item among its customers and race fans. Featuring photographs of stunningly beautiful female models, the calendars grace the walls of garages, pits and other work spaces across the U.S. and around the world.

Meanwhile, Janesko’s art career evolved from fashion illustration to a collection of stylized pinup images of the female form displayed in galleries around the country. As an artist, Janesko is driven to pursue unique and creative projects that bring together people who appreciate the arts in all forms. “I’m excited about working with VP Racing Fuels to expose their brand through my art to new market segments,” Janesko said.

“This is yet another example of VP’s ‘out-of-the-box’ marketing support available to those petroleum distributors and C-store owners who buy in to our retail branding program,” said Alan Cerwick, president of VP Racing Fuels. “We’re able to pursue marketing strategies the conservative oil companies could not begin to even contemplate.”

“As soon as I saw Jennifer’s work, I was impressed with its innovative style,” Cerwick added. “There’s nothing conventional about VP and nothing conventional about Jennifer’s paintings, making her the perfect partner to develop what we anticipate will be a sought-after collector’s item in its own right for years to come.”

After earning a degree in fashion design, Janesko launched an art career focusing on fashion illustration before developing her collection of stylized pinup images. The artist’s work has been featured in popular magazines such as Maxim and Playboy as well as appearing in feature films, national television shows and international publications. New and established collectors are now able to enjoy Janesko’s work through published books, calendars, postcards and prints. Janesko is also launching a new line of jewelry, which can be viewed online at janesko.com.
