UCLEAR has announced that Western Power Sports, Inc. (WPS) is now the exclusive distributor for the UCLEAR brand in the United States. The company says its distribution agreement with Tucker Rocky has ended amicably. Going forward, U.S. dealers should contact WPS for new orders or for stock replenishment.

This decision was made due to our ever-growing close relationship with WPS, Inc and its wonderful dealer sales consultants, our laser focus on supporting the distributor-dealer model, and other changes happening in the industry.  Kimpex remains our excellent distribution partner in Canada.  We also continue great relationships with McLeod in Australia and XMP in Mexico, among others.

We expect 2018 to be a breakout year for the UCLEAR brand, which realized outstanding sales growth Q4 2017 and already in January of 2018.  We attribute the recent growth to our renewed focus, in partnership with our distributors, on supporting dealers with merchandising, helmet audio category education, and protecting dealer margins through vastly improved MAP enforcement.

UCLEAR says it will launch several new communication product innovations throughout 2018 and 2019, including some new patented industry-first technologies and feature enhancements that are not yet in the market. Along with these rollouts, the company plans to revise its MAP policy and pricing structure to further support the success of its dealer network.
