TMV Joins Forces with Piloteer to Form Powersports Marketing Powerhouse

Michigan-based advertising agency TMV Group has partnered with a West Coast marketing and design firm Piloteer, led by veteran Tony Cavaliere and industry insider Eric Anderson.

Michigan-based advertising agency TMV Group has partnered with a West Coast marketing and design firm Piloteer, led by veteran Tony Cavaliere and industry insider Eric Anderson. The new venture will focus specifically on the powersports industry and will service OE’s as well as aftermarket manufacturers and suppliers.

Cavaliere said, “Everything about this new venture speaks to the spirit of the motorcycle industry, from our company logo to our collective attitude. When we say, ‘We’ve been doing this full throttle for years’, we’re referring to an unwavering obsession with elevating brands. With our extensive powersports background, we have a lot to offer an industry in transition.”

With offices in Southern California and Michigan, Piloteer will launch with a team of approximately 20 employees. The company offers a full-service menu of advertising, marketing, GTM strategies, photography, videography, media placement, dealer engagement, special events production, lead generation, social media and even distribution.  

Co-founder Bill Morden said, “Combining TMV’s decades of branding experience with Eric and Tony’s depth of expertise in the powersports industry makes Piloteer the perfect marketing partner for any brand with two wheels”. Individually, the agency principals have branded and launched everything from Hellcats and ROXORs to beverages and bar nuts.

Piloteer will be blasting off at the upcoming AIMExpo in Columbus, Ohio.

“The AIMExpo is where the industry comes together and what a perfect place to launch our brand,” said Managing Partner, Joe Morden. “We will be shooting video in the lobby of attendees describing their ‘first time’ on two wheels.”

Stemp was inducted into both the Las Vegas Motorcycle Hall of Fame and the Sturgis Museum's Hall of Fame in 2018, and in 2022 she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Powersports by DealerNews.
