Timbersled 2022 Snow Bike System Lineup Takes Riders to the Backcountry

Polaris Timbersled is back for 2022 with an exciting new lineup of Timbersled models, choices of new trim packages and options and industry-leading accessory options to take riders anywhere they want to go.

Polaris Timbersled, the leader in snow bike systems, is back for 2022 with an exciting new lineup of Timbersled models, choices of new trim packages and options and industry-leading accessory options to take riders anywhere they want to go.

“Snow bikes represent an exciting, growing segment on the snow, and Timbersled is the one to beat with the best technology, best performance, and unmatched value,” said Chris Wolf, president of Polaris Snowmobiles and Timbersled. “The sport continues to grow and gain momentum, and it’s great to see Timbersled leading the way.”

The RIOT 3 Heads for Deep Snow

The Timbersled RIOT sets the standard for dirt-bike like performance and playful attitude. For 2022, the RIOT 3 will take that dynamic ride to deeper and steeper terrain. Featuring a 129” track and the industry’s only 3” lug height, the RIOT will deliver on that fun-factor riders are craving.

New Trim Levels and Options for 2022

Timbersled provides customization options for every rider to customize their systems to perfectly suit unique riding styles, equipment preferences, and all types of terrain. For 2022, Timbersled snow bike systems will be available in three trim levels: PRO, Premium and Sport.

The PRO is the most-exclusive, best-of-the-best, available only during the SnowCheck pre-order period. The PRO package comes with new, high performance Fox IBP QS3 shocks with internal bypass and lightweight springs. It also includes lightweight driveline components developed on the racetrack for ultimate throttle response. The Pro is available in both the Riot 3 and Aro 3, and comes with a variety of color options to choose from.

The Premium trim level from Timbersled feature Fox QS3 clicker shocks with easy, three-click compression adjustment for outstanding ride and handling. Available in-season, the Premium trim level is featured on both ARO and RIOT models. Riders can experience the adventure of Timbersled with the Sport trim, which features rebuildable, proven Timbersled IFP shocks and is available across both ARO and RIOT select models.

Ride Height and Suspension Options

The 2022 Timbersled lineup gives riders more options to suit unique riding styles with the perfect track and shock package to deliver the best performance in any terrain.

All RIOT and ARO models are available in standard ride height, with select RIOT and ARO models offering the S riding height option. S, for Slammed, lowers the seat height approximately 3” and raises the bar on agility and cornering.

The standard seat height is designed for extreme terrain, delivering overall higher clearance to the snow and longer suspension travel for big drops. The S Model seat height invites more riders into the sport through a confidence-inspiring ride. The lower center of gravity featured with the S models delivers improved handling and agility with increased efficiency.

The 2022 lineup of Timbersled snow bike systems offers a kit for every rider:

  • RIOT: The ultimate dirt bike-like experience.
  • RIOT 3: The ultimate dirt bike-like experience in deep snow.
  • ARO 3: Deep powder dominance.
  • ARO 129/137: Unmatched handling, ultimate versatility.
  • 120 SX: Born to race, built to win.
  • Ripper: Family fun riding, Timbersled performance

Riders can further customize and personalize their Timbersled snow bikes with an expanded line of accessories that now includes a new TSS QSL (Quick Switch Lockout) shock that features a new internal geometry and tune, a new TRIO shock that includes an option for S models, and much more.
