Textron Inc. has announced it has completed the acquisition of Arctic Cat Inc. by means of a short-form merger under Minnesota law. As a result, Arctic Cat has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Textron.

Arctic Cat Inc. has announced that Textron Inc. successfully completed the tender offer by Aces Acquisition Corp., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Textron, to acquire all outstanding shares of Arctic Cat at a price of $18.50 per share.
Textron To Purchase Arctic Cat In $247 Million All-Cash Deal
Arctic Cat Inc. announced it has signed a definitive merger agreement under which Textron Inc. will acquire Arctic Cat in a cash transaction valued at approximately $247 million, plus the assumption of existing debt.
