The AMA has announced Suzuki Motor of America as the presenting sponsor for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame VIP Reception. The reception is Saturday, Oct. 17, prior to the induction ceremony for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2015 during the American International Motorcycle Expo at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.”We’re excited that Suzuki Motor of America is supporting this year’s induction ceremony and helping shine a spotlight on motorcycling’s proud heritage,” said AMA Chief Operations Officer Jeff Massey. “The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame features numerous riders who earned their titles on Suzuki motorcycles, and we’re pleased to welcome yet another in the Class of 2015: off-road racing champion Rodney Smith.”

The public is invited to attend the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame VIP Reception, presented by Suzuki. Tickets are $90 per person and are available at www.motorcyclemuseum.org.

“Suzuki remains a proud and faithful supporter of professional and amateur racing in America, and we’re glad to help recognize the contributions of these motorcyclists,” said Steve Bortolamedi, Communications Manager for Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. “During his years racing Suzuki RM and RM-Z motorcycles, Rodney Smith was a stellar representative for Suzuki. He was a champion both on and off the track. This reception event is a great opportunity to meet with industry legends and share our enduring commitment to racing. Suzuki looks forward to helping nurture future Hall of Fame champions.”

The reception will be immediately followed by the induction ceremony. VIP reception tickets include access to the ceremony, as well as one-day AIMExpo admission. Tickets to the induction ceremony only are $25 and can also be purchased at the above website.
