Suzuki Celebrates MotoAmerica Season with One Percent Financing on the GSX-R1000

Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. has announced a special “1% Ride Like a Champ” financing offer on the new GSX-R1000 lineup of motorcycles.

Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. has announced a special “1% Ride Like a Champ” financing offer on the 2017 GSX-R1000 lineup of motorcycles.

This limited time program, which runs through the end of October, recognizes the 1-2 sweep the new GSX-R1000 accomplished in its debut season in the MotoAmerica Superbike Championship. Team Yoshimura Suzuki riders Toni Elias and Roger Hayden dominated the competition, racking up 13 wins out of the 20-race series. Additionally, Hayden won a series-leading seven Superpoles.

The low APR offer is one aspect of an aggressive retail push as Suzuki dealers are encouraged to create a GSX-R1000 Championship Display on their showroom floor with new Suzuki-provided point-of-purchase merchandising materials. Suzuki dealers can also offer customer cash incentives on the GSX-R1000 for customers who opt out of the low rate financing option.

“The objective is to leverage Suzuki’s on-track success into retail success,” explained Acting National Sales Manager, Chris Coons. “Offering a unique 1% APR, which ties directly to the #1 Championship Plate earned by Toni Elias is a unique and memorable way for our dealers to promote this class-leading new bike to their sportbike customers. The highly competitive financing rate can save the buyer hundreds of dollars over the length of the term.”

The new Suzuki GSX-R1000 model comes in three trim levels including a standard model, ABS, and R-version. The 1% APR offer is available on all three models.
