Sportsman Country Joint Venture Between Massimo and Linhai Clarified

Sportsman Country will carry Linhai products under Linhai brand, and all existing Linhai dealers in USA will be serviced and maintained by Sportsman Country.

Sportsman Country clarifies position on joint venture between Massimo and Linhai:

“We’ve received numerous inquiries since our press announcement last month about the Linhai and Massimo distribution agreement. We want to further clarify that Linhai will not be rebranded as Massimo or any other brand. Sportsman Country is a joint venture between Massimo and Bennche and will act as the servicing agent for Linhai dealers in the U.S.,” said Johnny Tai of Sportsman Country.

Chinese manufacturer Linhai Powersports USA Corporation and Massimo Motor Sports, LLC have entered into an exclusive agreement in the U.S. to distribute Linhai’s ATVs and UTVs through Massimo’s Sportsman Country platform. Currently Sportsman Country is carrying Massimo and Bennche brands. Linhai vehicles will be added to the Sportsman Country brand lineup.

Established in 1956, Linhai is known for making specialized vehicles. The company formed a joint ventured with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd in China in 1994, and became a public company in China in 1997. The company manufactures more than one million vehicles and outdoor power equipment each year.

The Sportsman Country is a joint venture between Massimo and Bennche with the aim to provide dealers with select products and services. SC’s products and services include floor plan, retail financing, online parts ordering system, technical support and account management. Sportsman Country will carry Linhai products under Linhai brand, and all existing Linhai dealers in USA will be serviced and maintained by Sportsman Country.

Linhai products will be assembled by Massimo Massimo Motor Sports in its 330,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Garland, Texas.
