Sena Technology Powering American Motorcyclist Association Flash Tours for 2015

The American Motorcyclist Association and Sena Technology are partnering to offer motorcyclists fun riding opportunities and chances to win great prizes throughout Sena AMA Flash Tours for 2015.

The American Motorcyclist Association and Sena Technology are partnering to offer motorcyclists fun riding opportunities and chances to win great prizes throughout Sena AMA Flash Tours for 2015.

“Technology is not just changing how, where and when we ride, but it’s introducing new ways to enjoy our time off the bike and even bring motorcycling right into our living rooms,” said AMA Chief Operations Officer Jeff Massey. “New ways to record and share both video and audio are expanding our options for entertainment. Sena’s products are pushing that envelope in terms of communication, enhancing our video, integrating mobile phones and enjoying our favorite music, all from one device.”

Sena AMA Flash Tours are an opportunity for getting the most from this technology. Combining friends, great locations and motorcycles, Sena AMA Flash Tours attract participants who enjoy visiting key locations throughout the riding season.

Riders who do so and submit photos of the destination earn a chance at a Sena 3S-B Bluetooth headset and intercom system for each Sena AMA Flash Tour. For every entry, riders also are entered into the contest for the grand prize: the Sena 10C comprehensive audio action camera and communication system — to be released to the public within the next couple of months. The grand-prize winner will be announced at the end of the year.

“Our devotion to American motorcyclists and passion in engineering innovations for riders is reflected by our commitment to the AMA, Flash Tours and more great riding programs,” said Sangwon Kim, vice president, Marketing at Sena. “We’re just excited that Flash Tour participants will get the exclusive chance to win such a groundbreaking system in the upcoming 10C. As the first-ever combined communication and audio action camera unit, the 10C really changes the game for riders who will see a benefit in communicating with other riders/friends; staying connected in the action; capturing HD video and voice conversations; and even having the ability to have music playing on mobile phones mixed right into recorded videos.”

For 2015, Sena AMA Flash Tours will send participating riders to some of America’s hottest motorcycling destinations and events. For a list of scheduled rides and details, see www.americanmotorcyclist.com/flashtours.
