Seattle Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show Winners Announced

The fourth round winners of the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show has been announced. Cash prizes and trophies were awarded to several local builders who took home top honors in Seattle.

The fourth round winners of the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show has been announced. Cash prizes and trophies were awarded to several local builders who took home top honors in Seattle.

Top honors for the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show in Seattle went to the following builders:

• Street Chopper’s Freestyle: Chris Flechtner, 2010 Speedshop Design Custom, powered by a 1965 650cc BSA, ($3,000 in prize money)

• Hot Bike’s Modified Harley: Joe Cooper, 1999 XL 1200, modified by Cooper Smithing ($2,000 in prize money)

• Motorcyclist’s Retro Mod: Jay Bennett; Cyclepath, 1954 hummer, ($1,000 in prize money)

With more than 500 custom-built bikes on display across the country, the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show sets itself apart as the world’s largest touring custom bike competition.

Attendees who voted for the “People’s Choice” award were automatically entered to win a custom-built Honda Fury. The customized Honda Fury will be featured at each of the tour stops next to the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show. The winner will be selected at the conclusion of the tour.

The next Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show competition will take place at the Michigan Motorcycle Show, Friday, Jan. 6 – Sunday, Jan. 8, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Mich. For more information, visit www.motorcycleshows.com/novi.
