Schrader Performance Sensors announced an updated product portfolio and the launch of two new motorcycle TPMS OE replacement sensors.
“Bringing motorcycle TPMS to the aftermarket is a huge step forward for Schrader in offering a full range of transportation TPMS solutions,” said Kelly Boor, general manager of the Global Aftermarket Business at Sensata Technologies. “We continue to be committed to expanding our product range with developments that are tailored to our market’s needs.”
The new valve-mounted sensors will be available for sale in February 2019 with the following part numbers: 3141M for BMW and 3142M for KTM motorcycles. The new sensors cover all BMW and KTM motorcycle models equipped with a TPMS system from the manufacturer. The sensors are sold without a valve stem that can be purchased separately as part of the designated service kit.
Schrader is looking forward to meeting its customers from Jan. 16-19, at AutoZum in Salzburg, Austria. Schrader will be represented with a 50 m2 booth, located in Hall 10, stand No. 0706. During the show visitors will have the chance to meet Schrader sales, technical and engineering experts who are ready to answer any TPMS-related questions and to offer practical tips and suggestions.
