In his first-ever appearance in the desert, the legendary daredevil will look to clear over 150 feet of tractor trailer trucks in the back parking lot at Spotlight 29 Casino in Palm Springs, Calif.
"There are a lot of Knievel fans in California, so we are really excited to be here at Spotlight 29," said Kaptain Robbie Knievel, the son of the late Evel Knievel. "People can expect to see a great show."
The jump on Saturday, October 29 at 4 pm, will cap off a 3-day festival at Spotlight 29. "Daredevil in the Desert" takes place 10 am 8 pm, Thursday, October 27 through Saturday, October 29. The festival, and Kaptain Knievel motorcycle jump, are free and open to the public of all ages.
