While workers still must place their votes to seal the deal in the proposed labor agreement between the Motor Company and Milwaukee workers, the party atmosphere at the biker rally in the Wisconsin birthplace of Harley-Davidson Sept. 2-5 is a hopeful harbinger of good news to come.
Milwaukee Rally activites were spread across the metro area with events centered at the Harley-Davidson museum, four local dealerships, State Fair Park, Milwaukee’s Water Street and other local hotspots. While the weather was less than ideal for riding Thursday and Friday, the sun shone enthusiasts for the weekend as they enjoyed Poker Runs, custom contests, new model test rides, vendor malls, a tattoo contest, live entertainment including America’s favorite fruit smasher, Gallagher.
