Performance Brokerage Services, the nation’s highest volume automotive and Harley-Davidson dealership brokerage firm, announced the sale of Top Rocker Harley-Davidson in Canoga Park, CA, from Scott Fischer to Rodin Younessi.
Fischer purchased Top Rocker Harley-Davidson, formerly Barger Harley-Davidson, in February 2016 from Loretta Barger. Fischer and his operating partner rebuilt the dealership, significantly increasing the revenues and dealership’s performance. Less than two and a half years later, Fischer decided that this store did not fit his long-term vision.
Following the sale, Fischer commented, “I got into the motorcycle business to fulfill a dream. I had a vision of growth and eventually a succession plan. George Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services has been part of our team of succession since we bought our first Harley-Davidson dealership with George’s help years ago.”
Fischer contacted Performance Brokerage Services to assist him with finding a buyer for this dealership, stating, “George is my go-to guy. He’s available anytime, very professional and ethical.” It did not take Chaconas long to introduce Fischer to Rodin Younessi.
Only a month after acquiring Los Angeles Harley-Davidson of Anaheim in Fullerton, California, Younessi expanded his presence in the Los Angeles market with his purchase of Top Rocker Harley-Davidson. This acquisition marks his sixth Harley-Davidson dealership, including the aforementioned dealerships, Space Coast Harley-Davidson in Palm Bay, FL; Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in Stuart, FL; Raging Bull Harley-Davidson in Durham, NC; and Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson in Conyers, GA.
George Chaconas has become very close with Younessi over the years and has been an integral part of Younessi’s growth.

The dealership will operate under the same name and at the same location of 22107 Sherman Way in Canoga Park, California.
