OptionSoft Technologies has released its powersport sales desking tool and fully compliant F&I menu. Now dealers no longer have to sacrifice profits for compliance.
“These tools address the profitability and compliance for dealers as well as handling the #1 concern of customers – taking too much time to complete a transaction,” said director of training, John Fuhrman.
The sales desking tool allows management to offer all details of the transaction quickly and clearly. This allows the salesperson more time with the customer without the back and forth to the “DESK,” according to the company. Once the deal is complete, all of the information transfers completely to the F&I menu and the customer should be in and out of F&I in less than half an hour. The software package works whether the dealer is using a DMS or not.

The software is downloaded into the dealership computer(s), which means the internet has no impact on the speed of the transaction. It also allows larger dealers to add reporting and direct DMS integration for accounting purposes. The company says the real benefit for these tools is that the dealer will see increased gross profits, more F&I products sold.
