Ontario Drive & Gear Limited, the parent company of ARGO and ODG announced that Brad Darling has been promoted to president and chief executive officer.

He brings an outstanding strategic skill set to his new role – a keen focus on executional excellence and deep experience in product marketing, finance, operations, and talent management. Importantly, he is adept at creating strong partnerships with employees, customers, and vendors. Along with the rest of the board, I am pleased to welcome Brad to his new role.”
Darling joined Ontario Drive & Gear Limited’s vehicle division as ARGO’s president in 2016 where he assumed the responsibility for leading and growing ARGO’s commercial and recreational markets as well as building and executing a global expansion strategy. In addition to strengthening the ARGO brand within the global market, Darling has also identified and developed innovative new products, while supporting and growing the company’s dealer network resulting in an over 60% sales growth.
Tony Rosati will be stepping down from his Interim position of president, ODG Gear Division effective June 30. “On behalf of the board I want to thank Tony for his contributions, initially as a consultant, and in this later role as interim president. He was very instrumental in the reorganized operational structure we have today and has set the division up for profitability and growth. His contributions over the past couple years are greatly appreciated,” said Vollmershausem.
ODG also announced that Dave Scapinello, in his recently new position of executive vice president of the gear division, will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, overseeing procedures control, establishing and maintaining a set of policies, procedures, and processes of this diverse business. Scapinello will report directly to Brad in their new roles.
