A powersports provider of dealership training, Garage Composites, has added industry marketing expert Neil Pascale to its growing staff. Pascale joins a well-known group of trainers and moderators at Garage Composites that cater to every dealership sector in the industry, including Harley-Davidson, metric and European brands.
Garage Composites provides a full service of training to these dealers, offering composite tracking, management training academies, in-dealership consulting and peer review in a noncompetitive environment known as 20 clubs.
Garage Composites was created by industry veterans Tony Gonzalez and Sam Dantzler, each of whom have led sales and profit-building training experiences at hundreds of powersports dealerships across North America.
“We’re excited to add Neil’s marketing expertise to the Garage Composites mix, which already includes experts in the F&I, parts, service and sales areas,” said Dantzler.
With its expanding group of experts, Garage Composites will be announcing a larger, more diverse training schedule for 2016. That enhanced schedule will include marketing workshops provided by Pascale, who is building separate programs tailored to specific-sized dealerships.
Pascale brings a wealth of industry knowledge and marketing expertise, having worked previously with dealerships through the industry’s largest online marketing services provider, Dominion Powersports Solutions. There, Pascale created the industry’s largest regular educational webinar series, The Pulse, as well as worked with OEMs to create educational and strategic marketing programs. He also has been one of the industry’s leading online and print columnists for the past decade.
