The best dealerships are built on the shoulders of hard-working employees the third generation owner who is busting his hump to fill grandpa’s mammoth shoes; the F&I manager who makes owning a new motorcycle a dream come true; the tech who hops in his truck Sunday morning when he gets the call his customer is stranded on the side of the road without these dedicated, customer-service oriented team members all that’s left is brick and mortar. No matter how fancy the facade, buildings don’t sell motorcycles, people do.
Recognizing the hard work of those employees is what MPN’s Dealership Superstar competition is all about, and for 2012, we’re thrilled to announce Western Power Sports as the program sponsor.
On behalf of WPS and program founders Peak Dealership Performance and MPN, I’d like to announce the official launch of the 2012 Dealership Superstar Competition!
The awards recognize employees who show innovation in their field, great compassion for their dealership and its customers, and remarkable salesmanship.
Prizes are awarded in five categories:

Finance & Insurance
Service & Repair
Riding Gear & Apparel
All five category winners will receive:
$300 cash

In addition to the five category winners, one of these finalists will be selected by our readers through online voting as the ultimate Dealership Superstar and will win double the prize pot, be featured on the November cover of MPN and be honored at our Dinner With The Stars, February 16, 2013, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
