Mike Collins Named President/CEO of LeMans Corp., Bruce Schumacher Promoted to Director of Purchasing

Collins has been with Le Mans for 24 years, most recently as vice president of purchasing. Schumacher was instrumental in company's expansion into the European market.

LeMans Corporation recently announced that Mike Collins has been appointed President/CEO of LeMans Corporation.

Collins has been with Le Mans for 24 years, most recently as vice president of purchasing.

“Mike has successfully directed our purchasing department for several years, guaranteeing dealers the best fill-rate in the industry,” reported Fred Fox, chairman. “He has also developed strong and well-respected relationships with all of our major vendors. We are excited to have Mike at the helm to lead the company as we plan for continued growth and expansion.”

LeMans Corp. also announced the appointment of Bruce Schumacher to director of purchasing.

“Bruce has been a valued member of the Le Mans team for many years,” continued Fred Fox. “Most recently he has been very instrumental in our successful expansion into the European market. He will continue to direct the purchasing team at Parts Europe in his new role.”

Headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin, LeMans is the parent company of Parts Unlimited, Drag Specialties, Moose, Icon, Thor, Arctiva, Slippery and ZlR and offers worldwide service to dealers thru its five U.S. warehouses, two locations in Canada, and its European distribution center located in Germany.

Her consistent support for charitable efforts in the industry include the annual Biker Belles Celebration, Las Vegas BikeFest and as campaign chair for the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum’s development plan in 2014. She co-founded the Flying Piston charity events taking place in Daytona and Sturgis each year and is a National Ambassador for All Kids Bike. Stemp was inducted into both the Las Vegas Motorcycle Hall of Fame and the Sturgis Museum's Hall of Fame in 2018, and in 2022 she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Powersports by DealerNews.
