Lonski and Associates, LLC Expands with Industry Specialist

Lonski and Associates, LLC announces the addition of dealership process and performance expert, Forrest B. Flinn, to the marine, motorcycle and powersports staffing agency.

Lonski and Associates, LLC announces the addition of dealership process and performance expert, Forrest B. Flinn, to the marine, motorcycle and powersports staffing agency.

With twenty-four years of experience in the powersports industry, Flinn brings a unique skill set to Lonski and associates. His industry experience, knowledge and multiple professional certifications in the fields of human resources and social media will benefit the entire agency.

Flinn’s diverse industry experience includes working for Lightspeed as an implementation and training consultant and being a general/operations manager for a large metropolitan multiline dealership with P&L responsibility. And more recently, Forrest had a ten-year tenure with PMC, a privately owned industry consultancy that specializes in helping dealers become better through outsourced accounting dealership operations, and Lightspeed training.

“Forrest brings unique talents and a valuable mix of experience to the Lonski Recruiting Team,” said Henry Lonski, Founder and President of Lonski and Associates. “He is a professional accountant and holds multiple degrees in business which includes an MBA from Texas A&M University. We’re excited to have Forrest onboard to help us move the industry forward and make a positive impact for our clients.” “One of the biggest problems I see in the industry is having the “right” person in the “right” job at the right time,” said Flinn. “Dealerships are constantly struggling to staff their dealerships with the “A-Team” and usually end up with the “B” and “C” players instead.”

“Having a strong background in the field of human resources, I believe I can help dealers “up their game” with their staffing and recruiting needs.”

Flinn’s specialties include Dealership Operations and Process Improvement, Accounting, and Human Resources. Powersports companies looking to hire managers, powersports professionals or related industry talent looking to transition into the industry may contact Forrest B. Flinn at 210-201-3155 or [email protected].

“Lonski and Associates holds the key to expediting staffing solutions during this industry resurgence with a proprietary 31,750+ database of clients and candidates. I look forward to matching needs and desires for win-win placements,” continued Flinn.
