In an effort to protect the Klock Werks brand name, dealers and customers, the company has adopted an Advertising Price Policy for North America. This policy is effective June 1, 2015.

“It has, and always will be, Klock Werks’ goal to provide the highest quality parts coupled with the best customer service in the industry,” states Dan Cheeseman, Klock Werks C.O.O. “Klock Werks strives to be a premium brand. In order to protect our values and brand reputation, it has become necessary to formally adopt our Ad Policy.”

Klock Werks Ad Policy is not meant to infringe or hinder anyone’s right to do business. The goal is to provide a level and fair playing field for all parties involved.

Klock Werks feels that by enforcing Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) in the open retail forum, healthy resale margins will be protected at all levels of the sales chain. This ensures that dealers will be able to afford to provide the end user/customer adequate service before, during, and after the sale. This assurance can only strengthen all involved, and guarantee a long prosperous future for our industry.

Any and all correspondence pertaining to issues, comments, and/or questions of this adopted policy will be initiated in written form by email only. This ensures that there is sufficient record should issue arise. This written correspondence should be directed to Klock Werks National Sales Manager, Makel Juarez, [email protected].
