iMotorsports Acquires Indian Motorcycle of Orlando

The transaction marks iMotorsports’ second acquisition in the past 12 months, the first being St. Pete Powersports of St. Petersburg, Florida.

iMotorsports has announced the acquisition of Indian Motorcycle of Orlando. The authorized Indian motorcycle dealer sells new and certified pre-owned motorcycles as well as motorcycle gear, apparel, parts, maintenance, and washes. The transaction marks iMotorsports’ second acquisition in the past 12 months, the first being St. Pete Powersports of St. Petersburg, Florida.

“Given the immediate success realized at St. Pete Powersports, we were looking for another Indian motorcycle dealership,” said Haider Saba, co-founder, iMotorsports. “Orlando’s growing population and strong motorcycle community, combined with the recent announcement of Indian’s double digit market share for big bikes in September, has iMotorsports positioned well for continued success.”

Indian Motorcycle of Orlando will continue to operate under its current name with www.indianmotorcycleorlando.com focused on the sale of new Indians and www.imotorsportsorlando.com focused on the sale of certified pre-owned motorcycles.

“We will continue to pursue opportunities to accelerate growth with the goal of acquiring two additional dealerships in 2018, said Tim Walter, co-founder, iMotorsports. “We seek to combine with well run and respected dealerships, making every acquisition a success.”
