Recently, HISUN Motors Corp., USA took you behind the scenes at their McKinney, TX, facility and showed us “The Process,” a video that gave you a little bit of insight on their final assembly process. Now, they are taking you bending the scenes to give everyone a look into their quality control process.
After assembly, each unit passes through a vigorous four-step 32-point inspection. The four sections are broken down into, visual inspection, functional inspection, test drive and lift inspection. With each step along away being just as important as the next.
“Our team is dedicated to combing through each unit with a fine-tooth comb to ensure maximum quality before leaving our facility,” said Mario Nunez, production control manager at HISUN Motors Corp., USA. “It is our mission to deliver the highest quality product possible, and we intend on doing so.”
“The manufacturing process is a timeless art, and we are always looking for ways to enhance our process and products. Here at HISUN we take a lot of pride in the craftsmanship our teams put into getting every unit showroom ready,” said Jerry Cardenas, production manager at HISUN Motors Corp., USA.
