GSA’s regional Finance and

of interactive education focusing on everything necessary for your
F&I department. The program will highlight the main components of
your F&I department including your customers, your products, your
bank(s) and you. The event will be held Feb. 11-12.
Another workshop is being held Feb. 11-12 that showcases improvements that can be made to your parts department. Steve Jones and Mike Brunken have personally helped parts department managers instruct their employees and maximize profits for many years, making them the prime candidates to lead this program. The seminar will include the two basic topics of parts departments: processes and personnel management. Some of the areas being covered include controlling inventory, maximizing margins, increasing counter sales, conducting productive meetings, interviewing candidates plus much more.
The last of the training workshops features Tony Gonzalez, one of the industry’s most experienced trainers, who will lead a Sales Management seminar showcasing the best management practices in the industry, assisting you to reach your goals for the new year. Managing the sales process, goal setting and tracking performance statistics are just a few of the topics that will be examined and reviewed at this program. The final workshop is Feb. 18-19.
