F2P Technologies responds to growing customer demands for keypad entry to garage doors and gates by launching the innovative Tap2Pass. With the simple installation of the Tap2Pass receiver along with the Tap2Pass app, it converts a smart phone into a remote garage door opener.
The Tap2Pass receiver can be used with as many as seven smart phones and up to 24 vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, golf carts and ATVs) equipped with the Flash2Pass transmitter, sold separately. The receiver works with almost all automatic garage doors and gate openers manufactured since 1982, including those powered by AC, DC and solar energy. Tap2Pass is equally successful with newer models that incorporate smart panels.
Utilizing Bluetooth technology, the Tap2Pass promotes garage door safety since the garage door or gate should be in view when activation occurs. Summer generally brings heightened traffic in and out of garages with increased use of motorcycles, bicycles and other outdoor equipment. "With June being National Garage Door Safety Month, it is a perfect time to upgrade access to your garage with the Tap2Pass," said Chris de Janasz, founder and CEO of F2P Technologies. "Everyone in the family can have their own remote, right at their fingertips."
Once installed, simply tap a four-digit pin to open or close the garage or gate. There is no need for a separate remote control or walking to an external key pad for access. An Android-powered smart phone, iPod or iPhone are the only requirements. The suggested retail price is $129.95.
