EagleRider Launches Used Motorcycle Website

EagleRider has officially launched its newest business venture, Eusedmotorcycles.com, to meet the growing demand of customers and dealers seeking to purchase certified, pre-owned motorcycles. The new site will enable customers to view hundreds of motorcycles online. They either purchase directly from the site and have the bike shipped, or visit EagleRider motorcycle sales locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale to inspect and test drive the bike before purchasing it. The site also features an online credit application to qualify buyers to assist them in finding the right motorcycle to fit their lifestyle and budget.

"We’ve translated our 20-plus years of experience in the motorcycle industry to create a customer-friendly online shopping experience that showcases our wide selection of late model motorcycles," said Chris McIntyre, president and founder of EagleRider. "We’re confident that we can deliver the best prices on certified bikes to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Our goal is to respond to any customer during our business hours within 10 to 15 minutes of an online request."

While visiting the website, potential buyers can:

Filter hundreds of bikes by make, model, location, price, mileage and type
Compare bikes side by side on one screen and save any bikes in a personalized area after they have logged in
View multiple images and some videos of bikes
Use EagleRider’s online credit application
Sell bikes as part of EagleRider’s Direct Buy Program

Additionally, a weekly special and featured bikes will be located on the homepage. Site visitors can also partake in EagleRider’s Fly and Buy Program, which allows customers to be reimbursed for their airfare when they visit a retail location and purchase a bike.

In conjunction with the launch of Eusedmotorcycles.com, EagleRider will also make a $100 donation to a national children’s charity for every motorcycle sold online through Aug. 31, 2012. The company will announce the recipient in September.

The launch also coincides with EagleRider’s 20th anniversary, featuring a three-day event from July 19-21 at its World Headquarters. The festivities include a Charity Poker Ride and Birthday Bash benefiting Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles, motorcycle sales events, family activities and discounts off merchandise. The red carpet Birthday Bash features live performances by Gilby Clarke (formerly of Guns N’ Roses), Metal Shop, ANTHEM and DJ Splyce, as well as the EagleRider Girls Fashion Show, a Charity Casino and a VIP Lounge. The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame recently named Marilyn Stemp and Steve Piehl to its board of directors.

Stemp is a pioneering figure in the motorcycle industry, founding IronWorks Magazine with her late husband, Dennis, and becoming the first female editor of a nationally circulated, mainstream motorcycle magazine. She also revived their trade magazine, Iron Trader News; edits the monthly Kiwi Indian News; contributes to several powersports media outlets; and is the founding editor of Sturgis Rider Daily. Stemp is a noted editor and writer of several motorcycle-focused books. Her consistent support for charitable efforts in the industry include the annual Biker Belles Celebration, Las Vegas BikeFest and as campaign chair for the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum’s development plan in 2014. She co-founded the Flying Piston charity events taking place in Daytona and Sturgis each year and is a National Ambassador for All Kids Bike. Stemp was inducted into both the Las Vegas Motorcycle Hall of Fame and the Sturgis Museum's Hall of Fame in 2018, and in 2022 she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Powersports by DealerNews.
