Dominion Powersports Solutions Webinar Draws Record Amount of Participants

"Strategies to Fix What's Wrong in Your Sales Department," which took place Thursday, July 11, was so popular that attendance maxed out. As a result, Dominion has made the recording of the webinar available for dealers online.

Thursday’s Dominion Powersports Solutions Pulse webinar series’ presentation, “Strategies to Fix What’s Wrong in Your Sales Department,” drew a record-setting number of dealerships.

“We had so much interest in the webinar, we actually maxed out on our audience,” said Neil Pascale, Dominion Powersports Solutions’ business development manager. “That means, unfortunately, we were turning dealers away who wanted to view the webinar.”

As a result, Dominion has made the recording of the webinar available so dealers can listen to the hour-long presentation that featured strategies on CRM and lead collection.

“We apologize to those dealers who were not allowed into the webinar yesterday and wanted to get this recording online as soon as possible for you and your staff,” said Pascale. “Plus, we’re taking efforts to expand our webinar software to accommodate even more dealers in the future.”

The hour-long webinar features:

  • A 400-dealership study from Traffic Log Pro that revealed the top lead sources for dealerships this spring.
  • A lead management strategy that Greater Boston Motorsports GM Barry Eisenberg explained in detail. The process not only improves lead collection at the dealership, but also drives better profit margins.
  • A presentation on ways dealerships can improve their follow-up phone call by Sam Dantzler, president of Sam’s Powersports Garage and well-known dealership consultant and trainer.
