Dominion Powersports Solutions to Host Sales Department Webinar

Titled “Strategies to Fix What’s Wrong in the Sales Department,” this session will focus on logging, or collecting personal contact information, from consumers who walk into our stores and making an effective follow-up phone call to consumers who have come into the store and left without purchasing a unit. The session will take place Thursday, July 11 at 11 a.m. PDT.

Titled "Strategies to Fix What’s Wrong in the Sales Department," this session will focus on two areas, which are:

  • Logging, or collecting personal contact information, from consumers who walk into our stores.
  • Making an effective follow-up phone call to consumers who have come into the store and left without purchasing a unit.

For each area, the webinar will be providing strategies to improve your sales department. One of those strategies will be provided by Sam Dantzler, industry dealer consultant and founder of Sam’s Powersports Garage. Another strategy will be provided by Barry Eisenberg, general manager of Greater Boston Motorsports, a multi-line dealership on the East Coast.
