DEI Powersports now offers innovative, custom heat control kits for Polaris, Honda, Can-Am, Arctic Cat and Kawasaki side-by-sides, and it continues to develop new products to meet the demand of the growing market.  

As the popularity of side-by-sides steadily increases year after year, the need for effective heat and sound control systems increases. DEI’s commitment to providing the burgeoning market with thermal and noise control products for side-by-sides featuring model-specific components and custom-cut kits continues with the launch of several new products designed for many of today’s most popular applications.

2014-2022 Honda Pioneer 700 and 700-4 Heat Shield Kit 

This heat control kit is designed to reduce heat radiating up through the seats, giving you a much more comfortable ride. Installation is straightforward with CNC-cut pieces of our Extreme Heat Barrier material.

CAN-AM Maverick X3 Heat and Sound Control Kit 

Designed for 2017 to ’21 CAN-AM Maverick X3 side-by-sides, the kits feature CNC-cut material that blocks heat build-up in the cockpit area while reducing engine noise and vibration.

2019-2022 Honda Talon 1000 Heat Control Kit

Reduce heat in the center console area while sealing it from dirt and mud that can collect. It is made from multiple materials and CNC-cut for a perfect fit. The semi-rigid Form-A-Barrier blocks heat on the lower section of the tunnel, and heat screen aluminized glass fiber material protects the top.
