Daniel ‘Rudy’ Ruettiger to Deliver Keynote Speech at 2012 Dealer Expo

Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger, who was the inspiration for the motion picture "RUDY," has been named the keynote speaker for the 2012 Dealer Expo and American V-Twin Dealer Show on Friday, February 17, 2012, at the Indiana Convention Center, in Indianapolis.

Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger, who was the inspiration for the motion
picture "RUDY," has been named the keynote speaker for the
2012 Dealer Expo and American V-Twin Dealer Show on Friday, February 17,
2012, at the Indiana Convention Center, in Indianapolis.

“Rudy,” the son of an oil refinery worker, against all odds, achieved
his dream to attend Notre Dame and play football for the Fighting
Irish. As fans cheered “RU-DY! RU-DY!” he sacked the opposing
quarterback, and he did so in the last 27 seconds
of the only play in the only game of his college football career.
Although he made his mark in just 27 seconds, it was preceded by years
of hard work, preparation and determination. In 1993, TRISTAR
Productions immortalized his life story with the blockbuster film,
“RUDY.” Written and produced by Angelo Pizzo and David Anspaugh, this
movie continues to inspire millions worldwide.

Today, “Rudy” is one of the most popular and respected motivational
speakers in the nation and is highly sought after. He has co-authored
several books, including Rudy’s Rules, Rudy’s Lessons For Young
Champions, and Rudy & Friends, and has produced the “Dream Power”
series. He recently established the Rudy Foundation, whose mission is to
benefit children’s advocacy programs.

Rudy
will deliver an inspirational speech to the powersports industry on adversity,
triumph, and the power of the human spirit. This presentation is
open to all registered attendees and exhibitors of Dealer Expo and the
American V-Twin Dealer Show. For more show
information, visit www.dealerexpo.com.
