CDK and ARI to Offer Websites and DMS Integration for Powersports, Marine and RV Dealers

CDK Global has announced an integration and reseller agreement with ARI Network Services, Inc. to begin providing dealers with websites and enhanced integrations with the DMS in the powersports, marine and RV markets. This new offering allows dealers to instantly post unit inventory as well as available parts and accessories to their website directly from their CDK Lightspeed system.

This new offering allows dealers to instantly post unit inventory as well as available parts and accessories to their website directly from their CDK Lightspeed system.

“The integration that dealers will have between their website and their Lightspeed system will be deeper and more advanced than we have ever developed,” said Kris Denos, vice president for CDK Global Recreation. “Dealers will have full access to the information syncing their website and their DMS, which will make website management easy. Combining the industry-leading Lightspeed DMS and the power of ARI’s website platform will give dealers unprecedented control over their brick-and-mortar and online presence.”

CDK and ARI plan to offer online shoppers a personalized experience based on what they own, their in-store purchases and their online search history. ARI is also developing expanded sales management tools for the dealership to drive more leads, and a service manager module that will make it easier for customers to facilitate service for their vehicles.
