The Corsair-V features a DF-10 Diffuser that offers enhanced air inlets to increase airflow efficiency even better than its predecessor. The Corsair’s latest-generation Dry-Cool liner has repositioned the rear mounting snaps closer to the liner bottom for a more secure fit. A removable/replaceable vented neck roll adds another stale-interior-air exhaust outlet via channels in the EPS liner, and makes helmet cleaning a breeze.
Arai’s exclusive Air Wing is designed to reduce drag, turbulence and buffeting, and provides aerodynamic performance options via five hand-adjustable angle positions. Corsair’s brow-vent channeling redirects incoming air to the temples instead of the forehead, and around the ear area. Stale air is extracted out the side exhaust cowls.
The Corsair-V has Arai’s Intermediate Oval shell shape. This shape is designed for the rider whose head has a front-to-back dimension that is longer than the side-to-side dimension.
