AMA Members Receive 10 Percent Discount on Cardo’s scala rider Line

Cardo Systems Inc. is offering a significant discount on its scala rider brand of products to AMA members exclusively. During the life of the program, participating authorized Cardo dealers will provide current AMA members a 10 percent discount on all scala rider communication and entertainment systems.

The American Motorcyclist Association has announced that Pittsburgh-based Cardo Systems Inc. is offering a significant discount on the company’s scala rider brand of products to AMA members exclusively. During the life of the program, participating authorized Cardo dealers will provide current AMA members a 10 percent discount on all scala rider communication and entertainment systems.

Cardo Systems is a pioneer in Bluetooth communication and entertainment systems for motorcycle riders and a global market leader in the field. Innovation, technological prowess, ease of use and robustness are known as the hallmark of the company’s scala rider line of products, which come in a wide spectrum of models, from solid entry level to the industry’s most feature- and function-rich devices.

For example, the scala rider G9x PowerSet offers intuitive voice command technology, four-way intercom conferencing between riders at distances of up to a mile, mobile phone connectivity, streaming music reception from smartphones, an embedded FM radio module, customization via iPhone and Android devices and much more.

"Throughout history, few products can claim to have fundamentally improved the motorcycling experience for the rider who loves to ride together with others," said AMA Vice President of Operations Jeff Massey. "Helmet-to-helmet communicators, such as the numerous systems from Cardo, have done just that, particularly for those who enjoy long days on the open road with fellow riders or passengers. Once you’ve experienced the liberating convenience of these products, it’s difficult to imagine riding without them."

To take advantage of the discount, AMA members simply present a valid AMA membership card at a Cardo Systems Inc. dealer at the time of purchase.

Cardo Systems Inc. has also joined other AMA Business Members that support the association’s mission to promote the motorcycle lifestyle and protect the future of motorcycling.

"Supporting the AMA is for us a badge of honor and it gives us great pleasure to support this fine organization that does so much for defending the freedoms of motorcyclists in this country," said Cardo CEO Abraham Glezerman. "Cardo remains committed to producing industry-leading products that combine high-end performance with intuitive ease-of-use. We hope that the current program will encourage more AMA members to visit our participating motorcycle dealers and experience the compelling benefits of crystal-clear bike-to-bike communication and of all the amazing entertainment features our scala rider products have to offer."
