The Motor Company has come a long way since its first motorcycle prototype built in 1903. The Evolution (Evo) engine is a V-twin engine that has been manufactured and used by Harley since 1984 for a variety of different models, according to a story posted on Lowbrow Customs’ blog.

Kenan Ikels, vice president of Tucker Rocky, recently issued a letter to dealers regarding their Chapter 11 status as they plan to emerge from it in Q1. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November and has been working with vendors and creditors to restructure their debt.

Known as Hudson Valley Merchandising, the company’s merchandising division has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The division filed court papers last week that list $1.12 million in assets and $1.44 million in debt. A trustee has been appointed to liquidate the company’s assets.
