[dropcap]S[/dropcap]ix Bends, the mixed-use development by Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) and home to Six Bends Harley-Davidson, is preparing to undergo further development.

Phase one of the property was completed last fall and includes the 54,000 sq.ft. Six Bends Harley-Davidson retail location, an on-site two-acre Riding Academy and test ride track, as well as its own entertainment venue Top Rocker Field. Additionally, the site has a 20,000 square foot gathering space called The Plaza and separate fire pit area dubbed “The Pit”, where they can relax or meet friends.

Ground will soon be broken again on the 16.5-acre project, located near Interstate 75 and Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers to create phase II, an additional 37,000 square feet of mixed-use space. Made up of four, two-story buildings aligned together, it will host restaurants, a brewery, retail shops and professional service businesses, creating an atmosphere unlike anything else in Southwest Florida. The grand opening is slated for summer 2016.
